Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a proposal/marketing coordinator to join our PA/OH regional marketing team. You will collaborate with SMEs to develop proposals and marketing materials that are accurate, compliant with client requirements, and creatively presented.

The role supports a hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration multiple days per week, interacting with technical, administrative, and marketing staff across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English.
• 3-5 years of experience as a marketing lead in the proposal development process at an ENR Top 100 Design Firm.
• Transportation industry experience and large market public agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Enter and manage opportunity data for project opportunities in the CRM marketing database, tracking leads and go/no go decisions.
• Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
• Maintain data integrity by managing proposal-specific information in CRM and reporting wins or losses.
• Work closely with technical staff, administrative staff, marketing staff, and external vendors and clients.
