Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. seeks a proposal/marketing coordinator to join our PA/OH regional marketing team. You will work with SMEs to develop proposals, expressions of interest, and marketing materials that are accurate, creative, and compliant with client requirements.

Hybrid work is offered; 3 days per week in-office, with collaboration across offices and vendors to deliver high‑quality submissions and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English.
• 3–5 years of experience as a marketing lead in the proposal development process at an ENR Top 100 Design Firm.
• Transportation industry experience and large market public agency experience desired.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with InDesign and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Enter RFPs into CRM and develop proposal outlines.
• Manage all phases of proposal development from kickoff to closeout.
• Prepare major proposal sections with SMEs and coordinate with graphics, legal, and signatories.
• Assist with presentation materials and produce compliant, high‑quality submissions.
