Job summary

JMT is seeking an enthusiastic proposal/marketing coordinator to join our PA/OH regional marketing team. You will work with SMEs to develop proposals, expressions of interest, and presentations that are accurate, compelling, and compliant with client requirements.

You will coordinate RFPs, maintain CRM data, develop outlines, and support cross-office collaboration with designers, legal reviews, and signatories in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years as a marketing lead in proposal development at an ENR Top 100 Design Firm.
• Must have transportation industry experience and large market public agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Enter and manage opportunity data in CRM and track leads, go/no-go decisions, and wins/losses.
• Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and legal for compliant submissions.
• Assist with presentation materials and ensure high-quality, creative submissions.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, (or) |

3-5 years in marketing lead role
