Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Proposal Specialist to lead and support proposal efforts for the assigned region. You will manage the full lifecycle of proposals, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery while collaborating with technical staff and marketing teams.

Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office) with immigration sponsorship not available except TN visa eligibility. Senior collaboration with Marketing Manager and technical teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of A/E/C proposal or marketing experience.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ requirements and public-sector procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals, including SF 330s, qualifications packages, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring schedules, deadlines, and compliance requirements are met.
• Develop pursuit outlines, schedules, and production plans; facilitate kickoff meetings and track progress.
• Oversee proposal production, including editing, formatting, and layout using InDesign.
• Maintain CRM data and support development of marketing materials.
