Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a proactive Proposals and Marketing Specialist to coordinate regional proposals and support marketing efforts. The role involves leading proposal development, coordinating content with SMEs, and ensuring compliant, high‑quality submissions while collaborating with technical, administrative, and marketing staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
Experience with graphics and publishing software, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and other Creative Cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead, prepare, and review proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, award submissions, and presentations.
Develop pursuit outlines and participate in pre‑proposal meetings and debriefings.
Coordinate pursuit production, including typing, graphics, editing, reproduction, printing, and delivery.
Assist with presentation preparation and materials; ensure high‑quality submissions.
Maintain CRM records and marketing materials consistent with brand identity.
Gather market information and support development of business collateral for growth.
Generate reports on marketing data and assist training of staff.
