Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic proposal/marketing coordinator to join our PA/OH regional marketing team.

You will work with SMEs to develop compelling, accurate, and compliant proposals and marketing materials for client RFPs and RFQs. As a key member of our pursuit team, you will coordinate proposal development from kickoff to submission, maintain CRM data, and produce high-quality submissions while delivering excellent service to internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English.
• 3–5 years of experience as a marketing lead in the proposal development process at an ENR Top 100 Design Firm. Must include transportation industry and large public agency experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with InDesign; proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain data in CRM, track leads, and go/no-go decisions; report wins or losses.
• Gather information and conduct market research for prospects/clients to support growth.
• Generate reports for technical staff on marketing efforts as required.
• Support office, regional, and corporate marketing initiatives.
