Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned Proposal Leader to drive RFQ/RFP responses across divisions. You will co-manage schedules, coordinate writers, and ensure submissions meet company quality standards under minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in marketing or proposals, with strong planning, writing, and client-facing skills. The role demands coordination with BD, operations, and legal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing or proposal work in a professional setting.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP responses and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written English with attention to detail and branding consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses under minimal supervision and coordinate with BD and operations.
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and track progress across contributors.
• Create and maintain response templates, checklists, and compliance matrices.
• Perform desktop publishing and edit content for clarity and impact.
• Coordinate submittal, printing, and delivery of final proposals.
