Job summary

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in marketing or proposals, a BA in a closely related field, and strong organizational and communication skills to drive successful client responses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience in marketing or proposal field and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses for multiple divisions, ensuring timely, compliant submissions.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules and document development with the Proposal Manager.
• Create response templates and manage drafts through final review with SMEs.
• Schedule kickoff, status, and review meetings and assign tasks.
• Coordinate content with Legal/Contracts, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Perform desktop publishing and formatting for readable proposals.
