Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a seasoned Marketing/Proposal professional to lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs across all divisions. You will co-manage schedules with the Proposal Manager, draft content with internal SMEs, and ensure compliance, timely delivery, and high-quality submissions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in marketing or proposals, a BA in Marketing/PR/Communication, and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications (or related field).
• Experience in managing RFQ/RFP responses and coordination with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQ/RFPs for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules with the Proposal Manager; ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Create response templates and manage working drafts through final review; assign content tasks.
• Develop compliance checklists/matrices to track content and accountability.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs to draft content and adapt corporate marketing material.
• Perform desktop publishing tasks such as formatting, proofreading, and visual layout.
