Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a seasoned Proposal/Marketing professional to lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs across all divisions. You will co-manage schedules, develop documents, and ensure proposals meet quality standards with minimal supervision.

Your background should include 7+ years in marketing or proposal work within a professional environment and a BA in a related field. Strong MS Office skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Marketing, business development and/or proposal experience required.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and maintain standard qualification documents.
• Schedule kickoff meetings and manage progress reviews.
• Create response templates and coordinate with SMEs for content.
• Coordinate submittal, printing, and delivery of proposals.
• Support Knowledge library updates and Teammate resumes.
