Job summary

PSI Services LLC is seeking a Proposal Writer to craft persuasive, fully compliant proposals and translate client requirements into compelling narratives. You will collaborate with the Bid Manager and SMEs to develop win themes, ensure quality, and maintain brand voice across all content.

This full-time, remote role supports a flexible schedule Monday–Friday with occasional travel for collaboration or training, and offers a $90K annual compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience in proposal or technical writing considered.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.

Responsibilities

• Own tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Develop win themes, value propositions, and persuasive messaging aligned to client needs.
• Write and edit all narrative sections — executive summaries, solution descriptions, cover letters, compliance matrices, etc.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams and SMEs to shape win themes and position our solution effectively.
