Job summary

PSI Services, a leader in workforce testing and certification solutions, seeks a Proposal Writer for a remote US role. You will craft persuasive, compliant narratives that clearly articulate PSI’s value, working with the Bid Manager to meet timelines and quality standards.

You’ll analyze RFPs and translate SME input into client-ready content, developing win themes and polished sections while leveraging AI tools to accelerate content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in strategic writing.
• Ability to analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to extract requirements.
• Experience with compliance-driven environments and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Own tone, flow, and strategic messaging across proposal content.
• Write and edit narrative sections including executive summaries and covers.
• Manage full proposal lifecycle when needed—from analysis to final submission.
• Collaborate with Bid Manager, SMEs, and Content Manager to shape content.
