PSI Services is seeking a Proposal Writer for a US remote role. You will craft persuasive, compliant narratives, turning client requirements into clear value propositions.

Collaborate with Bid Managers, SMEs, and BD teams to shape themes and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions. You will own the tone and structure across proposals, develop tailored messaging, edit all sections, and suggest visuals to enhance storytelling.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience in proposal or technical writing considered.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Develop tailored win themes, value propositions, and persuasive messaging aligned to client needs.
• Write and edit all narrative sections—executive summaries, solution descriptions, letters, compliance matrices.
• Work with BD teams and SMEs to shape win themes and position our solution.
• Translate SME input into clear client-friendly content and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Manage full proposal lifecycle from RFP analysis through writing to final submission.
• Propose visuals to enhance storytelling and structure complex ideas.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content development and maintain library consistency.
