PSI Services is seeking a Proposal Writer for US remote work. You will craft persuasive, compliant proposals and transform client requirements into compelling narratives. Collaborate with the Bid Manager to drive timelines and ensure high-quality submissions.

The role is full-time with flexible hours, remote work, and occasional travel. It offers a competitive salary and benefits aligned to US market norms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience in proposal writing considered.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the tone, flow, and messaging across proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires for requirements.
• Develop win themes and persuasive messaging aligned to client needs.
• Write and edit narrative sections—executive summaries, solutions, letters.
• Collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to shape content.
• Translate SME input into clear content for client audience.
• Propose visuals to enhance storytelling and structure.
• Manage full proposal lifecycle from RFP analysis to submission.
