Job summary

Fehr & Peers seeks a Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to lead the creation and coordination of proposals and marketing materials. You will work with project managers, principals, and marketing colleagues to craft compelling content and polished submissions across multiple offices, including Pasadena, Orange County, and Phoenix.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years of experience, strong writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, with graphic design flair a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience required in proposals or marketing coordination.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; graphic design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing efforts from pre-RFP release to submittal (proposals, interview prep, pre-bids, resume updates, qualification development, weekly pursuit meetings).
• Collaborate with project managers and senior staff to plan and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure proposals comply with RFP/RFQ submission instructions and requirements.
• Coordinate information from internal/external sources for proposal materials.
• Contribute to content development (writing, editing, proofreading) for materials.
• Create graphics and copy using brand guidelines to stand out in competitive pursuits.
• Coordinate strategic materials with key business development leaders.
