Job summary

Mead & Hunt, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development, craft marketing content with technical staff, and coordinate interview materials and events across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate has a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience or an equivalent degree path, plus strong writing/editing skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or public relations or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in marketing or related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• If no degree, the candidate must have at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements
• Review proposals and other written content for clarity, grammar, consistency, etc.
• Development of marketing content/materials in collaboration with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, etc.)
• Creating and producing interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handouts
• Conducting client research
• Attending tradeshows and conferences including event coordination
• Assisting with annual marketing planning efforts
• Perform CRM database updates including data management and reporting
• Other duties as assigned.
