ChenMoore seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator with A/E/C industry experience to join our marketing team. This role targets a dedicated proposal professional who blends pursuit strategy, writing, coordination, and a heightened graphic sensibility.

The candidate will lead the creation of polished proposals and qualifications, partnering with technical teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design or related field.
• 5+ years as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry.
• Elevated graphic composition and layout understanding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local government and federal pursuits with internal and external teams.
• Develop proposals, presentations, graphics, and marketing materials with technical staff.
• Write non-technical content and edit proposals for messaging and persuasiveness.
• Create strategic graphics for proposals and projects.
• Maintain resumes, company information, project descriptions, and photography for materials.
• Support general marketing admin duties and client events.
