Job summary

Foresite Group is seeking a highly organized Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing Team in coordinating proposals and qualifications nationwide. You will work with technical staff and leadership to gather content and deliver compelling RFP/RFQ responses for public, federal, and private sector opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong writing, editing, and formatting skills, with responsibilities spanning content development, database management, and graphic layout using Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• 2–4+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, or business development experience in A/E/C industry.
• Experience coordinating and producing RFP/RFQ responses and qualifications packages.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM/proposal management software preferred.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for public, federal, and private sector pursuits.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, compliance requirements, and deliverable coordination across multiple offices and disciplines.
• Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and leadership to gather content and develop submissions.
• Assist with writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting proposal content for consistency and quality.
• Support proposal database management: resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate content, marketing materials.
• Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint for opportunity tracking and marketing database management.
• Create and edit graphics/layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Support broader marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
