Mead & Hunt is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development, content creation, and event coordination across multiple locations in the U.S. The role requires strong writing/editing, client research, and collaboration with technical staff to produce compelling marketing materials.

Ideal candidates will have a marketing or related degree and several years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Six years of relevant experience or education mix as described.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience writing/editing content for technical services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the proposal development process including writing and editing elements.
• Review proposals and content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Develop marketing content with input from technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets).
• Create and produce interview materials such as presentations and handouts.
• Conduct client research and attend tradeshows and conferences.
• Assist with annual marketing planning efforts and CRM data updates.
