Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Proposal Senior Coordinator to support marketing initiatives. This hybrid role requires excellent interpersonal, research, writing, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will plan and execute proposal documents, collaborate with internal teams, and translate technical content for various audiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has over 2 years of proposal experience, preferably in government or advisory contexts, along with knowledge of proposal software and AI integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal experience, preferably in RFP Government and/or Advisory.
• Knowledge and experience using proposal software.
• Experience with AI in the proposal process.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing proposal documents and RFPs.
• Incorporating technologies, including AI, to enhance the proposal process.
• Drafting responses based on prospect meetings.
• Collaborating with internal team members on proposal themes.
• Editing and compiling final proposal documents.
• Maintaining critical databases of proposal content.
• Working closely with subject matter experts.
• Translating technical material into accessible content.
• Developing prospect presentations and marketing collateral.
