Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to drive the creation of high-quality proposals across our Little Rock, OKC, Atlanta, Tampa, and Mesa offices.

You will collaborate with technical staff to ensure compliant responses and manage multiple service-area proposals. The role requires 2+ years in the A/E/C industry, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong InDesign/graphic design skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English or similar field.
• 2+ years of related experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Strong InDesign and graphic design skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Photoshop.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Collaborative team player and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality proposals from start to finish.
• Partner with technical staff to prepare compliant responses.
• Prepare proposals for multiple service areas.
• Assist with interview preparation and coaching.
• Support long-term pursuit strategy for specific clients and projects.
