Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a proactive proposal/marketing coordinator to join the PA/OH regional marketing team. You will collaborate with technical SMEs to develop compelling, accurate, and compliant proposals and marketing materials for public agencies and private clients across the United States.

The role emphasizes coordination across departments, data integrity in CRM, and support for continuous growth while maintaining high-quality submissions and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English.
• 3–5 years of experience as a marketing lead in the proposal development process at an ENR Top 100 Design Firm.
• Experience with transportation industry projects and public agency proposals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Manage proposal data in CRM, track leads, and report wins or losses.
• Develop proposal outlines and coordinate content with SMEs and contributors.
• Prepare major sections of proposals and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, legal reviews, and signatories for submissions.
