Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. seeks a proposal/marketing coordinator to join our PA/OH regional marketing team. You will collaborate with SMEs to develop proposals, expressions of interest, and presentations that are accurate, creative, and compliant with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English.
• 3–5 years of experience as a marketing lead in proposal development for ENR Top 100 firms with transportation and public agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Enter RFPs/advertisements into CRM; develop proposal outlines.
• Coordinate all phases of the proposal development from kickoff to submission and closeout.
• Attend preproposal and kickoff meetings, debriefings, etc.
• Prepare major sections of proposals; collaborate with SMEs on content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, legal reviews of contracts, and signatories.
• Assist with presentation materials and preparation.
• Produce compliant high-quality submissions and deliver excellent service.”
• Maintain CRM data, track leads, and report wins or losses.
• Maintain brand materials: resumes, qualifications, project descriptions, photographs, subconsultants.
• Interact with technical, administrative, and marketing staff across offices and with vendors/clients.
• Gather market information to support growth and collateral development.
• Generate reports on marketing efforts when required.
• Support office, regional, and corporate marketing initiatives.
• Adhere to QMS ISO 9001:2015 Marketing procedures.
