Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration across offices and vendors in a hybrid work setting, with focus on growing the firm's presence in public and private sector projects. Prior proposal leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing/proposal leadership at ENR Top 100 firm; transportation/public agency experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and preparing technical and business content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Enter RFPs into CRM, track leads, and support go/no-go decisions.
• Develop proposal outlines and assist with major sections with SMEs.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, legal reviews, and sign-offs.
• Produce compliant, high-quality submissions and support regional marketing efforts.
