Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a proposal/marketing coordinator to join the PA/OH regional marketing team. The role involves working with technical SMEs to develop compliant, creative proposals and marketing materials tailored to RFP/RFQ requirements.

The ideal candidate will coordinate proposal development from kickoff to closeout and maintain CRM data. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the office preferred, and requires 3–5 years of relevant leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English.
3–5 years as a marketing lead in proposal development at an ENR Top 100 Design Firm.
Experience in the transportation industry and large market public agencies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
Enter and manage opportunity data in the CRM marketing database.
Develop proposal outlines and coordinate all phases of the proposal development process.
Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, legal reviews, and signatories.
Produce compliant, high-quality submissions and support regional marketing efforts.
