Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Analyst in Louisville, KY to help monitor contracts, track costs, and keep project records up to date.

The role collaborates with Project Managers to support bid, invoicing, and reporting activities across Midwest projects. Candidates should have at least 2 years of project support experience, a related degree, and strong MS Office and project management software skills.

Qualifications

• A degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Project Support or related experience.
• Proficiency in project documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
• Understanding of contract and subcontract management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract support including monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
• Assist in cost and rate development and maintain updated project records.
• Provide invoice and progress reporting support to the project management team.
• Support the processing and management of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Execute coding and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Provide billing collections assistance as required.
• Maintain and manage contractual and financial project documentation.
• Monitor and report on project progress with timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in project closeout processes ensuring project requirements are met.
