Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist project teams with contract and financial activities under moderate supervision. You will help monitor compliance, update records, and support cost and rate development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Project Managers, invoicing support, subcontract and PO processing, and timely project reporting. A degree in PM/Accounting or related field and at least two years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Project Support or related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract support including monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
• Assist in cost and rate development and maintain updated project records.
• Provide invoice and progress reporting support to the project management team.
• Support the processing and management of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Execute coding and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Provide billing collections assistance as required.
• Maintain and manage contractual and financial project documentation.
• Monitor and report on project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in project closeout processes ensuring project requirements are met.
• Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
