Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Project Support or related experience.
• A degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract support including monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
• Assist in cost and rate development and maintain updated project records.
• Provide invoice and progress reporting support to the project management team.
• Support processing and management of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Code and process subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Provide billing collections assistance as required.
• Maintain and manage contractual and financial project documentation.
• Monitor and report on project progress with timely stakeholder updates.
• Assist in project closeout ensuring requirements are met.
• Adapt to additional assignments as needs evolve.
