Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Analyst to aid multiple projects in the Midwest region, ensuring contract obligations, tracking costs and documentation, under moderate supervision.

You will partner with Project Managers to monitor progress, prepare invoices, support subcontracts and purchase orders, and help with project closeouts. The role requires 2+ years in project support and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Project Support or related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint is a plus.
• Understanding of contract and subcontract management procedures.
• Experience with project documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract monitoring, compliance, and documentation support.
• Assist in cost and rate development and update project records.
• Support invoicing, progress reporting, and project management communications.
• Manage subcontracts and purchase orders processing.
• Assist in project closeout processes and stakeholder updates.
• Adapt to additional tasks as needs evolve.
