Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist project teams across our Midwest region, ensuring adherence to contract obligations and internal policies under moderate supervision. You will help with cost and rate development, invoicing, reporting, and maintaining project records.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Project Managers to monitor progress from start to finish, with opportunities to mentor junior team members and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Project Support or related experience.
• Degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; PowerPoint is a plus.
• Experience with project scheduling software and MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract support which includes monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
• Assist in cost and rate development and maintain updated project records.
• Provide invoice and progress reporting support to the project management team.
• Support the processing and management of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Execute coding and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Provide billing collections assistance as required.
• Maintain and manage contractual and financial project documentation.
• Monitor and report on project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholder.
• Assist in project closeout processes ensuring project requirements are met.
