Qualifications

• Typically requires proven experience in project support or related role.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of contract/subcontract management and project documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract support including monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
• Assist in cost and rate development and maintain updated project records.
• Provide invoice and progress reporting support to the project management team.
• Support the processing and management of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Execute coding and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Provide billing collections assistance as required.
• Maintain and manage contractual and financial project documentation.
• Monitor and report on project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in project closeout processes ensuring project requirements are met.
• Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
