Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules for construction projects, from proposal through construction. You will collaborate with project teams to optimize schedules, track progress, and communicate milestones to clients and stakeholders.

Role requires knowledge of CPM, MS Project/Primavera P6, and strong coordination with field operations, trade partners, and account management. On-site work in PA with occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of electrical or low voltage experience in field operations, preferably in construction/service projects.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects and coordinating trade partners.
• Knowledge of project life cycle and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules (CPM) from proposal through construction.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize schedules and communicate milestones.
• Monitor progress, prepare schedule reports, and perform risk analysis.
• Oversee service scheduling and coordinate with account management, field operations, and customers.
• Prepare and present schedule status to stakeholders.
