Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead planning, development, and ongoing maintenance of CPM schedules for designated project sites. You will collaborate with the project team to build, evaluate, and optimize schedules from proposal through construction, ensuring alignment with milestones and client expectations.

You will frequently visit sites to review progress, update schedules, and communicate risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of electrical or low voltage field operations experience.
• Strong understanding of critical path scheduling and CPM techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, maintain, and manage project schedules; create baseline schedules for estimating and communicate with project leaders, trade partners, and clients.
• Monitor progress, critical path, and schedule narratives; provide schedule reports and on-site progress reviews.
• Coordinate staffing, procurement, and scheduling actions to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.
