Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead the planning, creation, and updating of CPM schedules for complex electrical and tech installation projects. This onsite role partners with the project team to optimize schedules, manage data, and deliver timely milestones from proposal through construction.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in electrical/service project scheduling, strong proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6, and a proven track record in coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of electrical or low voltage experience in field operations, with a preferred concentration in construction and/or service projects.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects with integration of multiple construction packaging and coordination of trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project schedulers and collaborate with project teams to develop, maintain, and optimize master schedules.
• Create baseline and updated schedules, analyze critical path, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with estimating, design, procurement, and field teams to align milestones and resources.
• Monitor on-site progress, manage data inputs, and produce schedule narratives and variability reports.
