ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead and optimize CPM schedules for complex electrical and facility service projects. You will collaborate with project teams, trade partners, and clients to maintain baselines, track progress, and communicate milestones.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, on-site oversight, and mentoring of other schedulers while applying LEAN principles to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in service scheduling, PM, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of electrical or low voltage field operations experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, procurement timelines, and project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and maintenance of master schedules for large projects.
• Provide data collection, schedule building and progress reporting with CPM analyses.
• Coordinate with project teams, trade partners, and clients to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior schedulers and promote LEAN processes across projects.
• On-site coordination and occasional travel to job sites as needed.
