Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to lead the development and optimization of CPM schedules for construction projects from proposal through construction. You will collaborate with project teams to align baselines, updates, and reporting, ensuring milestones are met and data-driven decisions are made on schedule performance.

Responsibilities include on-site progress reviews, workforce forecasting, and proactive coordination with clients and trade partners to maintain schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 4-6 years electrical/low voltage field operations experience.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects with CPM.
• Strong understanding of LEAN and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; Primavera P6 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scheduling to develop, optimize, maintain, and communicate master schedules.
• Monitor CPM, progress, and narratives; provide schedule risk evaluations.
• Perform on-site visits to review progress and ensure alignment with plans.
• Coordinate with project team, trade partners, and clients to ensure timely milestones.
• Develop workforce forecasts and procurement schedules; manage resource loading.
• Promote safety, quality, and adherence to company policies across schedules.
