Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to lead planning, updating, and reporting of CPM schedules for construction projects from proposal through construction. You will work with the project team to build and optimize schedules, communicating with leaders, trade partners, and clients.

The ideal candidate has a background in electrical or low voltage projects, strong CPM knowledge, MS Project and Primavera P6 experience, and a commitment to lean processes, data-driven decision making,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in service scheduling, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of electrical or low voltage field operations experience, with construction/service project focus.
• Experience and strong understanding of estimating, preconstruction, design development, procurement times, sequencing.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects with multiple packaging and trade partners; strong CPM knowledge.
• Strong project management training and skills; understanding of project life cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Ability to collate schedule inputs into a master schedule and report status.
• Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills; independent problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with project team to develop, optimize, maintain, and manage project schedules.
• Create baseline project schedules for estimating; communicate with stakeholders on budgets and status.
• Monitor progress, perform critical path analysis, and generate narratives and reports.
• Perform on-site visits to inspect construction progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate with account management, field operations, and clients to ensure timely scheduling and staffing.
• Provide scheduling support to service projects and train other schedulers when needed.
