Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to lead CPM scheduling for designated construction projects, from proposal through construction. You will build, update, and communicate schedules to project leaders, trade partners, and clients, ensuring milestones are met and data is accurate.

Qualified candidates have 4–6 years in electrical or low voltage projects, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of electrical or low voltage experience in field operations.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects with CPM and coordinating trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and communication of CPM schedules for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project team to optimize schedules and report progress and risks.
• Provide on-site scheduling support and mentoring to junior schedulers.
• Monitor critical path and perform schedule narratives and updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with account management, field operations and clients on schedules.
