Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead CPM scheduling for designated construction projects on site in Missouri. You will plan, update, and optimize schedules, coordinating with project teams, trade partners, and clients to meet milestones.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4–6 years in electrical/low voltage scheduling, and strong MS Project/Primavera skills. Expect on-site oversight, mentoring, and continuous improvement of business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of electrical or low voltage experience in field operations, with construction/service project focus.
• Experience in estimating, preconstruction, design development, procurement times, construction sequences, start-up testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with project team to develop, optimize, maintain, and manage project schedules.
• Create baseline schedules for estimating and master schedule communication to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, critical path, and schedule narratives with weekly/monthly updates.
• Perform on-site visits to inspect and review construction progress.
• Coordinate staffing, procurement schedules, and trade partner coordination for timely milestones.
• Identify risks, communicate issues, and develop corrective actions; mentor other schedulers.
