Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead scheduling across construction and service projects. You will develop and maintain CPM schedules from proposals through construction, coordinating with project teams, trade partners, and clients to ensure timely milestones.

The role involves data management, reporting, and coaching other schedulers, with frequent on-site progress reviews and LEAN process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of electrical or low voltage field operations experience, construction/service projects preferred.
• Experience with estimating, preconstruction, design development, procurement timelines, sequencing, start-up and commissioning work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with project team to develop, optimize, and maintain project schedules.
• Create baseline schedules for estimating; communicate status and budgets to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and perform critical path analysis; site visits to review progress.
