Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is hiring a Project Scheduler based in New Castle, PA or Pittsburgh, PA to collaborate with project teams, develop and update CPM schedules, and drive on-time project delivery from proposal through construction.

You will coordinate with trade partners and field operations, generate progress reports, and support service scheduling with a focus on data-driven scheduling and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of electrical or low voltage experience in field operations, with a preferred concentration in construction and/or service projects.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects with integration of multiplicity of construction packaging and coordination of trade partners.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Primavera P6.
• LEAN methodologies and/or similar applications; strong process orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project schedules; build, update, and communicate CPM schedules from proposal through construction.
• Produce schedule reports and narratives; monitor progress and critical path; conduct on-site reviews of construction progress.
• Provide day-to-day management of service scheduling and coordinate with account management and field operations.
• Monitor resources, staffing and timelines; communicate changes to stakeholders and implement corrective actions.
