Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead scheduling for designated construction projects. You will develop, update, and optimize CPM schedules, collaborate with project teams, trade partners, and clients, and ensure alignment with milestones. The role requires on-site work on project sites, mentoring other schedulers, and driving process improvements using LEAN practices. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in service scheduling, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of electrical or low voltage field operations experience is preferred.
• Experience with estimating, long lead procurement, and construction sequencing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to develop, maintain, and report schedules.
• Create CPM schedules for construction projects from proposal to execution.
• Coordinate with trade partners and clients to align milestones.
• Monitor progress, perform schedule risk analyses, and provide narratives.
• On-site visits to review progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior schedulers.
