Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Project Manager to translate operational strategy into structured, well-executed projects reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Operations. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days weekly in West Los Angeles, CA; remote work possible for Western US with travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities include coordinating ERP/CRM/MES rollouts, driving cross-functional alignment, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3-5 years of progressive project management experience within operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience coordinating enterprise technology, business systems, or process-driven software rollouts.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional project plans, schedules, and deliverables using structured PM methodologies.
• Proficiency with modern project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, SmartSheet) and building executive status dashboards.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing expansion and optimization across local and multi-site locations.
• Technology & Digital Transformation: Drive project tracking and cross-functional alignment for ERP, CRM, MES implementations.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Lead projects to improve forecasting accuracy, process scalability, vendor risk mitigation, dual-sourcing, and procurement frameworks.
• Ad-Hoc Strategic & Operational Priorities: Lead special projects aligned with evolving business needs.
• Strategic Project Execution: Translate goals into actionable, resourced project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Governance: Facilitate alignment between Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sales and IT.
