Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Project Manager to translate operational strategy into executable projects across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sales and IT. Based in West Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule (mon–wed–thu onsite), the role offers mix of onsite and remote work and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive project management experience within operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience coordinating enterprise technology, business systems, or process-driven software rollouts.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional project plans, schedules, and deliverables using structured PM methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, MS Project, SmartSheet and building executive status dashboards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex risks clearly for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to clients under U.S. federal contracts; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational strategy into structured, well-executed projects across multiple domains.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sales and IT.
• Maintain executive-level project dashboards, risk logs, and progress metrics.
• Organize working group meetings, capture actions, and ensure accountability.
• Manage project velocity, timelines, and resource constraints; escalate blockers early.
• Ensure governance and change adoption across sites and functions.
