Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead in the United States (Sacramento/Arizona). The role drives consistent project delivery, coaching PM teams, and ensuring effective implementation of PM practices across the PM cadre.

The PMCL provides guidance on risk, quality, and commercial metrics, and oversees PIR processes, cost controls, and performance reviews to maintain high standards of delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or comparable technical, business, or professional degree with extensive experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead pursuit through closeout.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support HSSE practices and health and safety goals across projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to assign projects and PIR responsibilities.
• Lead and execute project management reviews, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality controls.
• Assist in pricing, forecasting, and budgeting, reviewing proposals and change management.
• Guide adoptions of PM framework and continuous process improvements across teams.
