Job summary

Stantec in the United States is seeking a skilled Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery. Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you will coach and develop the PM community, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with Stantec’s PM framework across the PM Team.

You will also support commercial reviews, risk management, and resource planning across multiple projects. Responsibilities include HSSE leadership, people management, PIR oversight, and participation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs in implementing HSSE practices on projects.
• Lead and mentor PMs and controls staff.
• Serve as PIR and oversee project reviews.
• Ensure PM compliance with risk management and PM framework.
• Assist in proposal pricing and budgeting.
