Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or comparable technical, business, or professional degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize project management practices across the PM cadre and ensure consistent application of PM requirements.
• Serve as PIR for projects and conduct regular review meetings to monitor performance, budget, schedule, risk, and quality.
• Coach and develop PM staff, including training on Oracle dashboards, IPS, and estimating-to-complete.
• Support HSSE practices and health, safety, and security guidelines within project delivery.
• Coordinate with PMs to implement corrective actions for distressed projects and engage leadership when needed.
