Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) in the United States to drive best-in-class delivery across the PM team. The role reports to the Senior PMCL and coaches project managers while monitoring commercial, quality, and risk metrics.

The PMCL supports proposal reviews, performance analysis, and guidance on delivery processes with authority to ensure consistent application across the business center. Strong leadership and PM expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or comparable degree with 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong project management skills across pursuit through closeout
• Ability to identify a distressed project and guide mitigation measures
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of contracts, commercial agreements, and financial methodologies

Responsibilities

• Support PMs with implementing HSSE practices.
• Collaborate with BC leadership to assign projects and PIR coverage.
• Oversee PM staff to ensure timely, effective performance.
• Conduct training sessions on PM activities and tools.
• Drive consistent PM practices aligned with the PM Framework.
• Assist in proposal reviews, pricing, and risk management.
