Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) in the United States (Chicago area) to drive best-in-class project delivery across PM teams. You will coach PMs, monitor performance, and advise on risk, budget, and quality metrics.

Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you will lead PMLs, oversee staffing, and ensure consistent application of procurement, governance, and PM practices. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills across pursuit through closeout.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM practices and ensure project delivery aligns with PM framework.
• Coach PMs and project controls staff in key PM activities.
• Pursue billable work and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Support proposal pricing and bid strategy.
