Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership across all assigned projects and programs.
• Manages strategic aspects of large engagements and mitigates risk.
• Oversees Project Managers and client engagements; develops strategies and plans.
• Ensures project scope, schedule, budget, and quality meet contract requirements.
